When meeting new people We recommend a public place, with a group of like minded members, for a first meeting. Remember it's about forming friendships not relationships.
Do you have an interest or hobby you would like to build a group around, maybe you already belong to an interest group? Why not build a forum to help organize it?
If its in Delaware, we'll be happy to set one up in our network for you.
